Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery if:
Wrong size is received
Damaged or defective product is delivered
Wrong item is delivered
After verification, our team will arrange a replacement or exchange.
2. Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery. However, return courier/shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed after deducting:
Return shipping charges
Payment gateway/handling charges (if applicable)
Refund amount will be sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
4. Important Conditions
Unboxing video/photos may be required for damaged or wrong item claims.
Returns/exchanges without valid proof may not be accepted.
